What size penis cylinder do I need to use?
To size penis cylinders, measure the
circumference (the distance around, or girth) of the erect penis. To do so, wrap
a piece of string around your fully erect penis near the base of the shaft. Mark
where the string crosses itself. Lay the string next to a ruler to find
the exact circumference. Note: this method is much more accurate
than wrapping a tape measure around the penis. Penis cylinders are
sized in US inches. European and Asian users, note that 1 inch equals 2.54
centimeters or, conversely, that 1 centimeter equals 0.39 inch.
Find the measurement most closely corresponding
to your penis circumference, at the fattest part of your penis, in the column on
the left. Your ideal starting cylinder size will be in the corresponding
column to the right. Cylinder Order Size is the tube's inside diameter.
If your circumference is under 5 1/2 inches we recommend you start with a 1 3/4
cylinder.
In addition to the cylinder order size, we need your cylinder length. The
suggested length for a starter cylinder is 9 inches. Even if your penis is
shorter than 9 inches, we suggest you start with a cylinder that is 9 inches in
length. This will give your penis room to expand and will allow an ample
vacuum to be created in the cylinder. Standard cylinders are available in
lengths up to 12 inches. Longer cylinders are available upon
request. See order form.

Two stage cylinders are sized
by measuring with a string around the base of both the penis and balls.
Use this measurement with the chart below to determine the first stage size.
The second stage should be 1" to 1 1/2" larger, depending on the
volume of your testicles. Two stage penis
and ball cylinders are generally ordered in 11" or 12" lengths.
In
compliance with state health laws, penis enlargement cylinders are not
returnable, so size them carefully.

Note that the sizes at the
bottom of the chart are fairly extreme - but cylinders have been ordered in
these sizes. The larger sizes are also used to size two stage tubes -
which incorporate both penis and balls inside the tube. Two stage tubes
should be ordered close to your actual sizes for best pumping results.
Sizes much larger make it difficult to achieve a proper seal.
